Objective

Highlight the current row and column for the cycle/form combination ("crosshair") so that it's easier too see which box will be checked.

Background

The header rows and column is "frozen" to allow easy viewing of contextual information for the cycle/form combination, but it is still difficult to tell which on it applies to.
