Build failure install ruby with rbenv BUILD FAILED (Ubuntu 20.04 using ruby-build 20231025-7-g224e942)

building a docker image and trying to install Ruby with the following

RUN rbenv install ${RUBY_VERSION} \

This has been working but stopped working today.

By the way, if you are creating a container with a single Ruby version, you really don't need a ruby version manager like rbenv in there as well. You can simply invoke ruby-build directly to build a Ruby version you want. See here for more information: https://github.com/rbenv/rbenv/wiki/Comparison-of-version-managers#containerized-architecture
