Filepath to the IIO sensor is different when running Linux on Macbooks, due to them using a specific driver. The filepath ends up being /sys/devices/platform/applesmc.768/light, which fails to autoconfig. The filepath also returns a tuple (x,y), which needs to be dealt with (breaks the daemon).
