Suggestion: Posture check timer/promp

I've been using this app for about 1 month now and it's great. Thanks very much.

With each Micro Break, I use it as an opportunity to 'check my posture'. I tend to slouch down my chair often, so this prompts me to make sure I am sitting up straight!

It would be great if we could have this built in as it's own timer/prompt that people could enable should they wish to.
