If an EXPOSE instruction has a protocol that isn't tcp or udp, the Docker builder will create an error about it. We should publish a diagnostic for this same case.

FROM scratch
EXPOSE 8080/tcpx
$ docker build .

Step 1/2 : FROM scratch
 --->
Step 2/2 : EXPOSE 8080/tcpx
Invalid proto: tcpx
