Space delimited formatted ENV variables with escaped whitespace characters will confuse the parser #94

# expected = "a  b"
# actual   = "a \ b"
ENV xx a\ \ b

It seems like the escaped whitespace character is causing issues with the variable parsing code. We need to consider each escaped character separately from any others on the same line.
