I think "Core(TM) i5+8400" and "Core(TM) i5+8500" should have "-" instead of "+" #549

Core(TM) i5+8400: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/blob/main/includes/SupportedProcessorsIntel.txt#L68
Core(TM) i5+8500: https://github.com/rcmaehl/WhyNotWin11/blob/main/includes/SupportedProcessorsIntel.txt#L69

I might be wrong about these specific models somehow, but I've never seen Intel Core CPU models with +'s instead of -'s like this.

This appears to be because of a mistake on Microsofts part and not yours since they are also listed with +'s at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-supported-intel-processors

And seems to have first appeared in the Win 10 1709 CPU list: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-10-1709-supported-intel-processors
