Add more features

Add like:

• Add About the App tab
• Add setting tab
• Setting where we can choose what GPU we want to let the GUI use to convert
• GUI Version on the application name
• Put a link to this GitHub somewhere in the app so it will be much easier to get here
• Add "Check for update" in case you update in the near future
• Scale till 10x since the Replicate one can make 10
• Make the scale to slider or type numbers like the Replicate one too
• Dark Theme Option
• When converting the same file, make it add (2) at the back so it won't delete the old one and replace it with the new convert with the same name
• Make an option to toggle the progress bar in setting
• Custom output folder
• Progress bar
