Built under ubuntu 18.04, bazel 0.20, and nvcc, gcc-6. For python 3.7, on linux based systems. For CUDA 3.0 capability graphics cards. Currently built for TF 1.12.
install using - pip install tensorflow-1.12.0-cp37-cp37m-linux_x86_64.whl within this folder, within the enviroment wanted.
