Add a section on related documentation

In today's RDA Bridging Platforms and Practices: Bringing more tools together using PIDs Session was a very interesting talk presenting a FAIR FACILITIES AND INSTRUMENTS WORKSHOP #1 REPORT: EXPLORING PERSISTENT IDENTIFIER NEEDS, BARRIERS AND INCENTIVES. It seems rather obvious that we might want to reference such external documentation and outcomes from our White Paper. So I suggest to a "related documentation" or "further reading" Section.
