PandasTools: Investigate substructure highlighting in dataframe rendering

Unlike the rendering in the notebook itself, the substructure identified by a substructure search is not highlighted in the dataframe rendering. This is probably because, both the respective atoms indices are not used in the PandasTools rendering, and the dataframe substructure search does not store the indices in the molecule object.
