Crossed trans bonds in rings

Describe the bug
Trans double bonds in large rings are being drawn crossed.

Expected behavior
Not crossed bonds.

Configuration (please complete the following information):

• RDKit version: current master
• OS: macOS Monterey, but assumed to be universal
• Python version (if relevant): 3.9 but also in C++
• Are you using conda?
• If you are using conda, which channel did you install the rdkit from?
• If you are not using conda: how did you install the RDKit? built from source

Additional context
Fix in progress. It's got nothing to do with the stereo, it's because the drawing code assumes that all internal angles of a ring are concave. Doh.
