The goal of tlnise is to implement the Two-Level Normal Independent Sampling Estimation procedure of Everson & Morris (2000).
You can install the released version of tlnise from GitHub with:
remotes::install_github("rdpeng/tlnise")Note that you need to have the remotes package installed first. You will also need a Fortran compiler installed to compile the Fortran code.
