BUX: hovering over outside days (when enabled) slightly resizes box

Sorry, looks like this fix doesn't work in all situations. Could you check the comment on #309?

We are seeing a similar issue where mousing over "outside days" at the top of the calendar causes them to increase in size slightly vertically and the whole rest of the calendar shifts down a pixel. Mousing out again reverts so the rest of the days move up one pixel to the original position.
