Card nested to re-create a Trello/Kanban like UX where cards are grouped by column

Is it possible to group cards (nesting) and apply rules to those groups?

E.g.

• Moving a group card, moves all child cards (like a trello column)
• Child cards can be moved between group cards, but can not become top level group cards themselves (i.e. can not become a group/column)
