Camera is not opening in Macbook pro

Hello, I am running emulator with AVD manager with device pixel2 and android version 9 arm-64 v8a. In emulator if I open camera it opens and able to take webcam pics, however in my app I am using react-native-camera library it will ask for permission for camera and audio but after allowing both I cant see camera opened just blank without any errors. I followed complete documentation for adding config details in gradle and manifesto.xml files but nothing helped.
