react native map is not zoomable and not scrollable on iso devices ,
on android devices it working fine.

Environment

react-native-maps: 0.21.0
react: ^16.3.0-alpha.1
react-native: 0.54.4
ios :11.3

Sorry,The issue was overlay. I have place the view wrong way on top map.
