StartCall Not Open

Description

RNCallKeep.startCall (...) is not opening in iOS 10.3, you can verify that the device is on but the phone screen does not appear.

Steps to Reproduce

Versions

- Callkeep: 3.0.8
- React Native: 0.61
- iOS: 10.3
- Android:
- Phone model: iPhone 5C

Can you give us some more code to show what you're actually doing when calling startCall? Some iOS logs? This doesn't give anywhere near enough detail for us to be able to help you
