[Bug] Cross-env from last merge broke Linux experience #97

I'm on Ubuntu 14 and the cross-env broke my yarn run dev-start and yarn dev command :/ When I start electron they not called ReactIDE, but the mainly electron page asking for drag an app.

When I remove cross-env from commands they work fine :)
