Seems like there was a harmless regression within v0.35.x that has caused web modules to receive a doubled file extension.
For example, within Django IDOM's tests you'll receive... /_idom/web_module/__from_template__/victory-bar.js.js
/_idom/web_module/__from_template__/victory-bar.js.js
Fix the web module URLs to not have a doubled file extension, for example... /_idom/web_module/__from_template__/victory-bar.js
/_idom/web_module/__from_template__/victory-bar.js
