We should setup a proper algolia application for ar.reactjs.org with a widget in Arabic.

Sure! to do this you need to change the DocSearch API key

One of the maintainers needs to sign up for DocSearch here

I don't know how the Arabic widget works but the Algolia person is usually pretty helpful.
