In the "Learn" section of the React.dev open-source project, specifically within the "Manage State" section and further within the "Reacting to Input with State" subsection, I've identified an issue. Within the code for the first city quiz, "What city is located on two continents?," there is an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar in the index.js content. It's noteworthy that the outer section already provides horizontal scrolling functionality, rendering the inner scrollbar redundant.

I am interested in taking on the responsibility of resolving this matter as I believe it aligns well with my skill set and expertise. Therefore, I kindly request the development team to consider assigning this issue to me.

I am confident that I can efficiently address the concern, removing the redundant horizontal scrollbar and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Thank you for your consideration. I am eager to contribute to the improvement of the React.dev project.
