Enhance the CORS proxy

The CORS proxy should support some additional features.

Some of these identified features are:

• Possibility to respond to OPTIONS / HEAD verbs (and maybe some other verbs?)
• Possibility to authenticate the user of the proxy and fetch wac protected resources
• Possibility to use the proxy on any subdomain to avoid CORS constraints
