Thanks for this plugin, I like that it is a little more flexible than the one that is included in the J3.2 release.

I do have one suggestion/request, could you make an option that requires a user to setup the tfa on a first login and then not allow it to be optional? The company I work for is looking for a plugin that would enable them to require the tfa for frontend logins and also to set the backup utility to not be unlimited but change everytime its used.

Thanks for your appreciable bytes and sorry for delay in response. I need to do few research for how to achieve your task by minimal or no customization . I will definitely do it for you.
