Moving the main window from one screen to the other breaks the F1 console.

1. Open up Tundra in windowed non-maximized mode.
2. Toggle F1 dropdown console on and off to verify it is working.
3. Move the Tundra window to another screen.
4. Press F1 to open up the dropdown console.

Observe that instead of displaying the console, the whole screen goes dark. Perhaps the console opens up, but the vertical size of the window is much larger than the actual screen height?
