SWS / S&M disappearing from the extensions menu intermittently

Hi,

I am running a portable install of Reaper on Windows 10

I noticed my SWS / S&M actions and menu items were missing after upgrading to Reaper v6.64 X64

Re-installing it from the 2.12.1.3 installer did not bring it back, so I deleted the reaper_sws-x64.dll from UserPlugins, and reinstalled again. This time the extensions menu entries and actions were back.

But after a couple of restarts, they are now missing again.. I have now reinstalled, and things are fine again, for now.

Is there somewhere I can look to diagnose faults like this?
