SWS Select and adjust tempo markers/Langpack= broken behaviour

Langpack breaks markers selection in "SWS Select and adjust tempo markers" window: to reproduce load any langpack, and try to select tempo marker within time selection for exemple. Nothing happens !
It works as expected with the default language.

version 2.4.0 #2; built on Nov 15 2013
