Share recipes across accounts

[reddit] Are there provisions for sharing a recipe across multiple local accounts, such that the other party can also edit the recipe?

Need to think this through.

I'd love to host recipya for extended family such that:

1. Other users can add their own recipes
2. Every user can search all recipes on the system
3. Each recipe is owned by the user that added the recipe. They have edit capability
4. Other users can add their own notes to recipes owned by others
5. Users can comment on all recipes (Suggestions section).
