The exchange date is populated in the property endpoint once this stage is updated, does that answer your question?

@AshDeeming I see the parameter Exchange Due is under offer, each offer has different Exchange Due value.Does it mean the property endpoint show multiple Exchange Due dates of multiple offers?

There will only be one exchange date, relating to when the offer is accepted & progressed through to the exchanged stage.
