岗位要求、职责

Rust Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based applications on the Nervos CKB blockchain platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including core developers, community members, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time
• Build new features, optimize performance, and improve overall code quality
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to enhance the team's technical capabilities
• Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and libraries to improve development efficiency and project quality

Requirements

• Proficient in Rust programming language and its ecosystem, with experience in building and deploying applications on the Nervos CKB platform
• Familiar with blockchain technology, particularly with smart contract development and application integration
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and computer science principles
  Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Excellent English reading, writing, and basic speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other programming languages, such as C/C++, Go, or Js/Ts
• Familiarity with Rust-based blockchain development tools and frameworks
• Passionate about open-source software development and blockchain technology
