Yodayo is an AI-driven art platform tailored for vTubers and anime fans, offering AI-generated anime art, prompts, and a vibrant community to share creations.

Looking for a staff software engineer who can potentially lead projects or initiatives end-to-end including leading other engineers. We have an anime focused text-to-image generator, AI chatbots and social feed. We have over 10k daily active users and we are trying to grow 10-20x in the next 6 months.

Compensation depending on experience:
Base salary: $120-150k/year
Stock options: 1-3% with 4 year vesting

岗位要求、职责

Responsibilities

• Give engineering inputs to shape our product roadmap
• Drive features or projects end-to-end which can potentially involve leading other engineers
• Work with product and marketing to understand ‘what’ we are building and ‘whys’, and researching and presenting solutions with different trade-offs.
• Understand what we currently have in terms of tech-stack and know how to build in the current stage of our startup.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of software development experience to fit this role
• Proficient in Golang and/or Python
• REST APIs
• Optimizing database (currently, Postgres)
• Unit and Integration testing
• Data pipes (currently, Dataflow)
• Kubernetes
• Distributed System

Good to have knowledge of:

• ElasticSearch
• Image generator: Stable Diffusion
• GPU optimizations, CUDA
• Networking, Security
• LLMs
• Vector database
• Voice generator
