Magport 是一个新生的专注开发substrate相关技术的团队，目前已经有若干经验丰富的开发者，同时也在开发一个基于substrate的Appchain。由于当前有新开项目的需求，所以希望能有志同道合的开发者加入我们，一起打造我们即将诞生的充满想象力的项目

薪资福利待遇

目前处于项目种子阶段，薪水会在RMB20,000-30,000浮动，根据具体负责职位确定具体薪水。

岗位要求、职责

Substrate Developers
要求:

至少3年的软件开发经验，具有使用Rust的实际项目经验。
对Substrate有基本了解并能快速学习。
能够独立工作并解决技术问题。
职责:
参与开发Substrate基于的区块链解决方案。
编写清晰、高效、可维护的代码。
协助团队和代码审查以保证开发质量。
