公司介绍

mappingfunk.xyz builds a decentralized marketplace for blockspace asset. Through the tokenization of the Blockspace, the blockspace producer and blockspace consumer can leverage onchain liquidity infrastructure to enable real-time price discovery, trading, and hedging.

Why Blockspace?
Considering the Infra layer and DApp layer in Web3 have their own native Andy&Bill’s Law, so layer1s and alt-layers just can’t eliminate the computing cost of blockspace once and for all, which means blockspace will always remain as a scarce, volatile commodity (See what happened to Intel & MS, AWS & TikTok these decades).

Thus making blockchain into a truly sustainable infra towards mass adoption, i.e. how to price, trade, and hedge blockspace, the ever-scarce on-chain computing resources, at any given time, emerges as the crown jewel of Web3 industry.

Challenges
More specifically, given that Bitcoin and Ethereum constitutes the majority of the market, the lack of a blockspace-native marketplace poses numerous amounts of challenges:

  1. In L1/L2 industry, as over $10 billion per year of Gas cannot be managed in a predictable manner, this burden is directly shifted to end-users, preventing DApps from achieving mass adoption;
  2. In Bitcoin ecosystem, the lack of a liquid market for hashpower has led to mining company bankruptcies and over $10 billion in annual cash flow not being captured by DeFi universe.

Solution
We are delivering MappingFunk solution by combining three building blocks:
the Spot Marketplace (Over-Collateralization + Liquidation + Oracle + Uniswap)
the Derivatives Marketplace (Oracle + SynFutures)
Structured Products (Arbitrage Strategy Vaults + Account Abstraction Infra)

Usecases
With MappingFunk, DApp Builders (In L1/L2 industry) can spend ~2.7ETH upfront to buy a service that pays 1 Tx of Gas fee per day, or ~270 Tx of Gas fee on the 90th day for DApp users, enabling a zero-gas user experience; while Mining Operators (In Bitcoin industry) can cede 5% APY to instantly swap hashpower exposure for crypto assets, or hedge to lock in an over 3x premium compared to legacy market.
