Test JS failed with Karma coz of HtmlReporter

It used to work, but it seems that it failed since few builds.
Maybe a version mismatch... or something else.
Use previous issue to check when it works and why it now fails.

In devTools i can see env.configure() that create an error

so it really seems to be a problem of version
