I put the .ini and the d3d9.dll in the bin folder as the instruction says. But I keep getting this error when I launched.

My specs are AMD A12 9720p RADEON R7 / 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G w/12GB RAM. I don't know if it's specs related and my version is also the JAP/ASIA region.

Does the game work without FF13Fix?

Does the game work without FF13Fix?

Yes. However, I compare it to the previous version 1.6.1 and unlike 1.6.2, the former works fine. I dunno why though.

Please post FF13Fix.log when using 1.6.2

Did you patch the game executable in any way? (e.g. did you use the 4GB patch?)

The 4GB patch caused the same error with me. But it won't launch at all anyway.

@Deefoz are you also using the Asia version? Does the game work before patching? Did you follow the instructions to add the untouched.exe? Please post log...

I did. All I can do now is just play it with the 1.6.1 which is fine for me for now.

So you are using the 4GB patch? Please follow the instructions in the README. You need to keep an unmodified exe file called untouched.exe in the same folder as ffxiiiimg.exe.

I did make the untouched.exe, I will post logs after work today.

I did that just now, but it's still the same. And I tried to run it without the 4GB patch. Same results. For now I'll just go back to the 1.6.1 without the 4GB patch.

@HitherKestrel50 @RSNTM3NT @Deefoz Apologies, everyone. Could you please try 1.6.3?

@RSNTM3NT I don't have access to the Asia version. Could you please post logs using FF13Fix 1.6.3 with and without the 4GB patch (even if the game is working)? Can you confirm the game works with and without the 4GB patch?
