Windows 7 - Unable to obtain handle

Hi,

I have installed the extension and updated the manifest. When I launch the extension I can see my Epson device listed. This I select, but when I try the test page I get an error in obtaining a handle to the device. Do I need to start Chrome with any special options or setup my EPSON LX-350 printer with some particular properties with regard to the driver and port. At the moment everything is defaulted.
