Feature Request : Delete the subtitles along with movie file

Describe your suggested feature

Currently the remove file option in the app only removes the downloaded file but doesn't remove the sub.I request you to add this feature since doing this from file manager can lead to accidental removal of unwatched movies or shows

Other details

I also request you to put movies in their own folders like the shows . This could maybe make the above process easier ?
