This saves the selected subtitle language using the existing subtitle setting just to make it easier for users. This does not save the specific subtitle, only the language.
It works on subtitles like "No Subtitles" and "English 4", but does not work on subtitles like "Chinese (Traditional)" or "English - (SHD)" as that cannot be detected.
