Editor width: smaller width on small-screen devices

The default theme editor is too wide for mobile phones in portrait mode. Add a a media query to the default stylesheet, so that it fits better. (Obviously, everyone can easily add this themselves when implementing Annotorious - in fact it's implemented on the demo pages of the project website. But it would be good to have sensible defaults.)
