Drop Python 2.7 support, use Python 3 #1

All libraries look like they support Python 3 so there is no good reason not to use it.

  • Double check all dependencies. Pretty sure they are fine.
  • Set Python 3 as default on development machine.
  • Remove support for Python 2.7 in Travis
