Windows firewall doesn't remember setting #40

Every time you open the wallet, You have to allow access in the firewall.

There is no way to remember your choice. Maybe because Publisher is empty?

The daemon seems to be started from within a temporary folder in the AppData: this causes the Windows firewall to treat the executable this way.

It seems the wallet likes to extract its daemon to the tmp file and execute it from there, this must of changed when I upgraded the node-webkit app, I wonder if there is a fix for this.
