I am trying this on a Lumia 930, it has been reset and should have the required storage, it is running Windows 10 Mobile and with an unlocked bootloader, however, the installation fails, here is log:

Tried it on a Windows 10 machine, it seemes to be working.

Overall Windows Phone tools and utilities do not seem to like running on Windows 11 much
