Guidance on creating custom cloud images for workshops #3783

I have reviewed the documentation, as well as searched through previous Issues to see if there was an example for how to either create or automate the building of custom cloud images, for those cases where after a workshop/demo environment is requested, deploy time automation for an image to usable instance would take too long to complete. In this scenario, the usage of a pre-built, "mostly-configured" golden image is the only solution to implement, for example, a fully configured Red Hat Satellite instance.
