When detecting JVM check JAVA_HOME variable value, if set identify JVM version and use it if valid.

I think that a user hit this issue during a Usability study.
it took him 20 minutes to find a way to have it working and i'm pretty sure that he would have abandoned if it wasn't in a usability study.
@dgolovin I notice that you set "in progress" 2 weeks ago, so it should be soon fixed?

@apupier It has not happen for this release, because we had to update java detection for version 9+ first.
If you have any info about that usability study, could you forward it to me by email?
