According https://lordofthejars.github.io/quarkus-cheat-sheet/#_adding_configuration_parameters profiles should have a documentation (for hover and completion).

Default profiles are:

dev: Activated when in development mode (quarkus:dev).
test: Activated when running tests.
prod: The default profile when not running in development or test mode
