extracted element can not be renamed #1391

Extracting a String to a field or a method, the generated element can not be renamed:

This is in vscode-java 0.59.1. This used to work since #333

Apparently the regression started in 0.58.0. I suspect eclipse-jdtls/eclipse.jdt.ls#1375 might be the culprit
