Intellisense issues with custom schema file 🤧

Describe the bug

While triggering the intellisense completion, the schema does not load properly, causing to an infinity load if the completion dropdown.

This issue exists from version 1.14.0, and related to this change (probably SSL issues):
Version 1.14.0 change

Expected Behavior

Able to insert items based on the schema.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install version 1.14.0 to later
2. Set a Schema via your settings to the specified file - make sure the shema behind a custom server that requires SSLs
3. Trigger the intellisense - no results
