Describe the bug

Dunno how this happens but telemetry reports a significant number of errors (occuring with vscode-yaml 0.22.0):
Message: Request textDocument/codeLens failed with message: Cannot set property 'location' of undefined Code: -32603

Expected Behavior

No errors

Current Behavior

Code lens fail to compute in some unknown circumstances
