@gashcrumb @jimmidyson the json schema now includes a displayName field that has the human label you can use in the UI.

See the commit for example

The display name is auto generated base on option name. So if we find some display names that look ugly, then we can override that in the camel source code.

I had to do that for a few of the salesforce names.
