Seldon Core Certified Operator v1.12.0 not updated on operator listing

The recently updated seldon core operator listing for v1.12.0 (merged via #405) does not seem to reflect an updated on the certified operators list - i.e. "updated 5 months ago", whereas it should be last month.

This was reported in our repo on SeldonIO/seldon-core#3965.

We can confirm that the certified images are present https://catalog.redhat.com/software/containers/search?q=seldon.

What would be the steps to ensrue that the listing shows the latest operator?
